Natalie Nardi is the founder of Praia do Rosa Yoga Brasil, a certified Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist and Business Graduate. Born and raised in the small beach town of Imbituba, Brazil but grew up in London following family emigration in her early years. She eventually decided to return to her roots in her late 20s to pursue a different way of life.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Her lifestyle and profession choices came with ease following her parental figures. Natalie\u00b4s father was a surf legend in the region, a man of adventure and big ideas; he was also a pioneer in macrobiotic food, heavily influencing family meals. Her British mother was a well-respected Yoga Teacher; early memories comprise of accompanying classes where she would often fall asleep on the mat.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today, Natalie is based in the UK, where she predominately teaches yoga and practices massage across London and Essex. A considerable amount of time is spent traveling to Praia do Rosa, Brazil, where she coordinates holistic events using the infrastructure of her family\u00b4s hotel (Pousada Casa do Ceo). She is the key Yoga Instructor and Massage Therapist at the venue, leading a team of professionals to complement the offering.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She has a personal teaching style, drawn from classical Hatha roots, always modifying the approach with further studies. Natalie enjoys working slow, deep and methodically, incorporating elements of Vinyasa, Iyengar and Thai Yoga. She is a firm believer that Yoga is for everyone, never complicated, always safe and with a sense of freedom and fun.<\/p>\n
