Meet your Instructor & Host - Natalie Nardi
Natalie Nardi is a Senior Registered Yoga Teacher, initially qualified in 2006, with over 500+ hours of training and nearly 15,000 teaching hours.
Her teachings are rooted in classical Hatha yoga, adapted with personal wisdom and intuition to meet you where you are. She expresses her passion toward more therapeutic styles and their healing effect, by enjoying to teach slow, deep and methodically.
Natalie also thrives by giving her students a little energetic workout through the yoga practice or by adding other activities, that not only stimulate the systems but also ensure strength and resilience… body, mind and spirit.
Program
This retreat invites you to escape a little, just at the beginning of any possible wintery blues, reconnect with yourself, and bask in the healing energy of Morocco. Each day is designed to spark your vitality—blending movement, stillness, and the adventure of discovering a new place.
Mornings begin with meditation, breathwork and energizing yoga, followed by a leisurely breakfast.
Afternoons are yours: opt for a hammam, shop the souks, wander the medina, or sip mint tea in the sun. Evenings wind down with restorative yoga and delicious Moroccan meals under the stars.
It’s your time—whether you crave deep rest, soulful connection, or a bit of both. Itinerary will include 3 daily yoga sessions, some with Sound Bath, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga Massage fusion, Breath-Work and more.
Sample Daily Itinerary
7:00 AM – Sunrise
Begin the day with stillness and presence as the sun rises over the Marrakech landscape. Light refreshments available.
Silent Mornings – A gentle invitation to remain in quiet reflection until after breakfast.
8:00 AM – Meditation & Breathwork
Ground into the day with calming breathwork and a mindful meditation practice.
8:30 AM – Morning Yoga
An energizing practice to awaken the body and mind.
9:30 AM – Breakfast
A nourishing Moroccan-style breakfast served in the garden.
11:00 AM – Daily Walk
Join the group for a mindful nature walk, or exploration of the local surroundings.
2:00 PM – Lunch
Light lunch featuring fresh local produce and traditional flavours.
3:00 PM – Afternoon excursion or rest deeply in Yoga Nidra followed by massage instead!
6:00 PM – Evening Yoga
A slower, more restorative session to unwind and integrate the day.
7:00 PM – Sunset
Enjoy the golden hour in silence or with the group, taking in the shifting sky from the terrace or garden.
8:00 PM – Dinner
A delicious, lovingly prepared meal shared together under the stars.

A peaceful retreat just outside the bustling heart of Marrakech, Villa Dinari is a family-owned boutique hotel nestled within a tranquil palm grove. A beautiful blend of traditional Moroccan design and modern comforts, the villa features elegant suites, lush gardens, and a stunning pool with views of the Atlas Mountains.
The rooms are individually styled with handcrafted Moroccan touches, offering a cozy, serene space to unwind. Each room includes a private bathroom, air-conditioning, daily cleaning, and Wi-Fi. Shared rooms with en-suite bathrooms are the standard, with private rooms available on request.

This is a large twin/double room decorated in bright sunny colours. En-suite tadelakt shower room and air-conditioned. Local Moroccan artwork adorns the walls, and rich woven fabrics have been used to give this room a rustic, homely feel. Large shared sunny terrace overlooking the garden.
The Dinari Suite

This delightful and very private bungalow is tucked away in a secluded part of the beautiful gardens. Your own little corner of paradise, with views over the entire garden and swimming pool.
Kasbah Suite
Available as a Single or Double/Twin (Sharing Double)
Large twin/double junior suite with dove grey walls and fuchsia hand woven textiles, with portrait photos of Berber and desert nomads. It has large French windows leading out to a semi private terrace with a view of the gardens.
Colonial Room

A large double bedroom decorated in a colonial style, of soft creams, beige and browns, with en-suite Tadelakt bath/shower room. This room is situated in our traditional riad courtyard and has a private terrace overlooking the garden. Air-conditioned

Blue Room
Twin room decorated in shades of soft grey and blue, with en-suite Tadelakt shower room. Air-conditioned. Perfect for travelling friends or teenagers travelling with parents. It has all the facilities of the other rooms, but is a little smaller.
Silver Room
Available as a Single or Double/Twin (Sharing Double)
Double/twin room decorated with soft silver grey tones and turquoise accessories. The perfect room to unwind with its cool, modern touches and period black and white photo gallery. En-suite Tadalakt shower room. Large shared sunny terrace overlooking the garden, perfect for friends and family to share.
The Gatehouse Room
Available as a Single or Couple (Sharing Double)
A spacious room with a small seating area, large shower room and it’s own private terrace. It is perfect for guests needing that extra room for exclusive house bookings. The only drawback is that it is by the front gate and can be quite noisy when guests and staff are entering the property.
Glamping Suites
Available as a Triple
Assia and Mehdi are glamorous tented suites incorporating the best of Moroccan handicrafts and beautiful textiles but with simple clean lines, giving a luxurious ‘Glamping’ experience, although only the roofs are tented. The suites have A/C, en-suite facilities and all the home comforts that Villa Dinari is so well known for; tea and coffee-making facilities, i-pod docks, safe, beach towels and sun hats, hairdryer and toiletries.
Shaa retreat Suite

The Shaa Retreat Suite, is a thoroughly glamorous tented suite, incorporating the best of Moroccan handicrafts and beautiful textiles. With simple clean lines giving a luxurious ‘Glamping’ experience, the suite has a fully insulated interior roof, protecting guests from noise and heat or cold. The suite has a small private garden area, A/C, en-suite facilities.
